Commendation & Recommendation
COMMENDATION
Guideline already in place regarding confirmation and affirmation of FOUNDEHD membership and citizenship on TNN, begins with commendation from a duly and fully registered person for a registrant within probationary and precautionary period. It is however a post-registration exercise we do to have trustworthy citizens (prudhommes).
RECOMMENDATION
Simultaneously with commendation is recommendation to be given by same co-fiduciary for same beneficiary who is also expected to be a citizen extraordinaire apart from being a trustworthy citizen (prudhomme). Just as required recommendation alongside commendation is first required for confirmation and affirmation of a bona fide member.
